A graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, Mark has been in the financial planning business for 25 years. He specializes in comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, estate and trust, educational, insurance and wealth transfer. Mark is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist®, and has earned his Series 7, 63, 65, and Life and Long Term Care Insurance licenses.
Before joining Hilliard Lyons, Mark was a financial advisor at Advest, Inc. for six years, then, as a result of an acquisition, worked at Merrill Lynch for two years. He transitioned to Fifth Third Bank in 2007 and worked there as a financial advisor until joining Hilliard Lyons in November of 2016, finally transitioning to Baird when the two firms merged in 2019.
Originally from Lancaster, Ohio, Mark now resides in Powell, Ohio, with his wife, Kathy, and their two children, Mason and Kinsey. He is a passionate outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. He is also very active in sports activities, including mountain biking, skiing, and volleyball, and has been a coach for his children’s sporting activities as well. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a regular volunteer at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
